Woran denkt man beim Wort Cholesterin zuerst – vermutlich an »schlechte« Blutfettwerte, Arterienverkalkung oder Herzinfarkt. Dabei tut man dem Cholesterin eigentlich unrecht, denn zunächst einmal ist es ein ganz normales und lebenswichtiges Fett.
