Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die Einflüsse von Substanzen auf die Haut untersucht, welche in der Lage sind, eine körperliche oder psychische Abhängigkeit zu erzeugen (neben den Drogen auch Rauchen und Alkohol), die aber nicht zu den Medikamenten zählen. Es gibt wenige spezifische dermatologie Erkrankungen, die ausschließlich durch Alkohol, Rauchen oder Drogen verursacht werden. Haben diese Substanzen einen Einfluss auf dermatologische Erkrankungen, so ändern sich in der Regel deren Inzidenz oder Schweregrad. Darüber hinaus kann sich durch den Konsum von Alkohol, Tabak oder Drogen das Ansprechen auf Therapeutika verändern. Je nach Einfluss kann es für ein therapeutisches Regime einer Hauterkrankung essenziell sein, auf den Patienten in Bezug auf seine Konsumgewohnheiten aktiv Einfluss zu nehmen.
