Riskanter Alkoholkonsum bei Jugendlichen

Zusammenfassung

Im folgenden Kapitel werden relevante Hintergrundinformationen zu Alkoholkonsum im Jugendalter vorgestellt. Es werden Verbreitung, Konsummuster, Trinkmotive und Konsequenzen des Alkoholkonsums bei Kindern und Jugendlichen beschrieben sowie Kriterien zur Erkennung riskanten Alkoholkonsums. Drei Modelle zur Entstehung und Aufrechterhaltung riskanten Alkoholkonsums werden vorgestellt, die die entwicklungsbedingten Besonderheiten des Konsums im Jugendalter besonders berücksichtigen. Darüber hinaus werden die theoretischen Annahmen und die Konzeptualisierung des Motivational Interviewing dargelegt und aktuelle Forschungsbefunde zur Wirksamkeit von alkoholbezogenen motivierenden Kurzinterventionen für Jugendliche berichtet.
