Zusammenfassung
Fast jeder Mensch kennt Gesundheit und Krankheit aus eigener Erfahrung. Solange wir uns wohl fühlen, gesund sind, uns „im Gleichgewicht“ befinden und „die Welt in Ordnung“ ist, machen wir uns nicht allzu viele Gedanken über die Gesundheit und leben i. Allg. – so wie wir es gewohnt sind – wohl. Spätestens dann, wenn Kinder, Partner, Angehörige, nahe Verwandte oder Freunde ernsthaft krank werden, beginnen wir uns zu fragen, wie und warum diese Krankheiten entstehen, was getan werden kann, um sie zu lindern bzw. zu heilen. Was können wir/die Erkrankten selbst dazu beitragen, wieder gesund zu werden oder zumindest eine dauerhafte Verbesserung bzw. Stabilisierung zu erreichen? Hätten diese Krankheiten vermieden werden können, und wenn ja, wie?
