Zusammenfassung
Während eines operativen Eingriffs ist von vielen beteiligten Akteuren ein Zugriff auf heterogene Patientendaten notwendig. Mit einer digitalen Infrastruktur, wie sie beispielsweise die elektronische Patientenakte bietet, können die Abläufe und Entscheidungen rund um verschiedene Interventionen nachhaltig unterstützt werden. Die Herausforderungen für die Informationsverarbeitung sind hierbei nicht nur technischer Natur. Eine Zusammenführung der jeweils relevanten Daten und eine ergonomische Präsentation und Interaktion sind Voraussetzung für Akzeptanz und gewinnbringende Nutzung. Die Integration der verfügbaren Informationen auf diagnostischer, therapeutischer und organisatorischer Ebene sollen letztlich dem Patient dienen, der von verdichteten Abläufen in Hinsicht auf ein effizientes und schonendes Vorgehen profitiert. Für die nötige Interoperabilität der technischen Komponenten kann die Verbreitung der bildgestützten Chirurgie durch eine flächendeckende Unterstützung von Standards und Schnittstellen als Vorbild dienen, z. B. im Hinblick auf zugeschnittene Erweiterungen von DICOM, IHE-Profilen und der EPA. In diesem Kapitel werden die vor dem operativen Eingriff stattfindende Informationsverarbeitung sowie die intraoperative Informationsverarbeitung beleuchtet, jeweils unterteilt nach unterschiedlichen Datenmodalitäten.
