Zusammenfassung

Die guten Ergebnisse der adipositaschirurgischen Verfahren haben zur Entwicklung neuer, teils innovativer Methoden geführt. Hierzu zählen sowohl operative als auch interventionelle Verfahren wie die Magenplikatur, das Endobarrier-Verfahren oder die Magenstimulation. Eine belastbare Datenlage liegt nicht vor. Daher müssen die einzelnen Methoden noch evaluiert werden.
