Zusammenfassung

Kommunikative Problemstellungen in überfüllten und zunächst defizitär ausgestatteten Stabsräumen führten zur Entwicklung eines Stabsraummodells, in dem der Planungs-/Entscheidungszirkel von dem Arbeits-/Realisierungszirkel in Form einer Matrixorganisation getrennt ist. Der Beitrag skizziert die Entwicklung und Vorteile dieser Lösung.
