Zusammenfassung

Das Spektrum HIV- und AIDS-assoziierter Skelettveränderungen ist breit, was in Anbetracht der Komplexität der Grunderkrankung nicht verwundert. Da im Verlauf der Erkrankung nichtmuskuloskelettale Komplikationen dominieren, wird diesen erfahrungsgemäß nicht sehr viel Beachtung geschenkt. Für die Radiologie wichtig sind tumoröse, osteonekrotische, arthritische Erkrankungen, die in diesem Kapitel eingehend besprochen werden.
