In diesem Kapitel soll zum einen die grundlegende mikrochirurgische Technik der End-zu-End-Anastomose detailliert beschrieben sowie auf mögliche Komplikationen und Besonderheiten eingegangen werden. Des Weiteren werden verschiedene gängige Nahttechniken aufgeführt und die Verwendung von Interponaten beschrieben.
