Zusammenfassung

Die radiologische Bildgebung kann einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Planung plastisch-rekonstruktiver Eingriffe leisten, sowohl bei der Planung der Lappenentnahme als auch bei der Evaluierung der Empfängerregion. In Metaanalysen wurde die CTA als derzeit am besten evaluiertes Verfahren identifiziert. Gefäßstenosen oder –Verschlüsse können mit der (stentgestützten) Ballonangioplastie behandelt werden um die Blutversorgung zu verbessern.
