Zusammenfassung
Der 40-jährige Herr H., der bisher keine Vorerkrankungen aufwies, kam zur Diagnostik einer progredienten Tetraparese in unsere Klinik. Der Patient war 6 Monate zuvor an einer schleichenden schmerzlosen Fußheberschwäche links erkrankt. Nach Physiotherapie und chiropraktischen Maßnahmen sei es zu einer kompletten Erholung gekommen. Dann sei eine Schwäche im Bereich der Hüftbeugung links mit stetiger Verschlechterung aufgetreten. Die Schwäche sei von brennenden Schmerzen auf dem Oberschenkel und am Rücken begleitet.
