Astratto

Un approccio olistico alla qualità si fonda su una certa visione delle aziende e delle loro ICT. Caratterizzare le aziende e le loro ICT è un compito complesso e molte discipline e persone hanno fatto un lavoro eccellente in tal senso. In questo contesto il nostro obiettivo non è quello di fornire un’altra teoria di business administration, computer science, ICT management o simili. Invece, il nostro intento è presentare un approccio olistico per le questioni della qualità che sono allineate a livello verticale e orizzontale con l’organizzazione di un’azienda. Tale approccio influenza le persone che vi lavorano, i processi implementati, i prodotti e le applicazioni ICT implementate e i programmi e i progetti ICT definiti. Chiamiamo ciò le 4 “P” delle aziende ICT.
