Abstract
Formalistic check of failures is – no doubt – helpful in order to avoid them.
Medicine processes are very complex; thus simple check procedures cannot be successful at last. Peer review uses experts to look after team behavior, complex procedures, process management, etc. because they are able to understand even non-formalistic processes and can judge them as correct or incorrect.
