Zusammenfassung
Im achten Kapitel referieren wir gängige Planungsmodelle der systematischen Intervention zur Prävention und zur Förderung der Gesundheit. Wir stellen insbesondere PRECEDE/PROCEED und das Intervention Mapping vor, die sich beide ergänzen und die derzeit elaboriertesten Modelle für Interventionsplanungen liefern. Vorgestellt und an einem Beispiel erläutert wird auch das Logic Modelling, das dabei hilft, die Interventionsabsicht für eine definierte Zielgruppe mit den dazu passenden und geeigneten Maßnahmen zu verknüpfen.
