Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel referieren wir die Kernannahmen einschlägiger Theorien, an denen sich Interventionen orientieren können. Interventionen, die darauf zielen, das Verhalten zu ändern, sind mit sozial-kognitiven Theorien wie dem Health Actions Process Approach, dem transtheoretischen Modell der Verhaltensänderung oder der Theorie des geplanten Verhaltens passend vorbereitet. Für die Änderung von Organisationen eignen sich die Diffusion of Innovations Theory oder Stufenmodelle des organisationalen Wandels.
