Zusammenfassung

Ein 14-jähriger irakischer Patient stellt sich in der Notaufnahme mit Atemnot vor. Seit 2 Wochen leide er an Husten sowie Thoraxschmerzen. In den letzten Tagen ist ein blutiger Auswurf hinzugekommen. Fieber, Gewichtsverlust oder Nachtschweiß liegen nicht vor. Das Aufnahmelabor ist nicht wegweisend, jedoch kann im Röntgen-Thorax ein Rundherd nachgewiesen werden. Ehe die richtige Therapie eingeleitet werden kann, wird der Patient weitergehender Diagnostik unterzogen.
