Zusammenfassung

Ein 17-jähriges Mädchen stellt sich knapp eine Woche nach Rückkehr vom Urlaub in Kreta in der Notaufnahme vor. Sie beklagt Malaise, Gelenkbeschwerden sowie Fieber. Eine Vorbehandlung mit Antibiotika hatte keine Besserung erbracht. Während des Urlaubs war die Patientin in einen Seeigel getreten. Bei Aufnahme wird ein stammbetontes, makulopapulöses Exanthem gesehen; im Ultraschall des Abdomens wird eine Hepatosplenomegalie befundet. Es werden zahlreiche Tests angeschlossen und teilweise wiederholt, bis die korrekte Diagnose gestellt werden kann.
