Zusammenfassung
Auf Grund der erwähnten weltweiten Unternehmensskandale wurden in den meisten Ländern Best-Practice-Empfehlungen für „Good Corporate Governance“ herausgegeben. Den größten weltweiten Einfluss hatte dabei das Institute of Directors (IoD) in London, das viele Länder bei der Entwicklung von Best-Practice-Empfehlungen beraten hat.
