Abstract
Since 2001 and the enactment of the NRE Statute (Loi NRE), research on CSR policies has been conducted about governance issues in the social and environmental fields. It led to the introduction in the French Statute of these two new concerns, first in the field of public procurements and then, more broadly, with the enactment of the Grenelle I and Grenelle II laws.
