Abstract
Information and communication are always found in projects in one form or another. The question is whether they “happen” by chance or are intentionally designed. Allowing them to happen by chances involves high risks: The people involved in the project do not receive the information they need or when they need it. Documents are not filed, let alone found. Stakeholder groups feel excluded and offer resistance. And so on.
