Zusammenfassung
Zur Identifikation der zellreichen Areale auf dem Objektträger ist die Durchmusterung mit einer 100-fachen Vergrößerung (10-Okular, 10-Objektiv) sinnvoll. Bei Zellanreicherungsverfahren mit einer immer gleichen und demzufolge mittels der Koordination des Objektträgertisches auffindbaren Auftragsstelle (Kap. 7.5) ist dies häufig nicht erforderlich. Eine sichere und zeitökonomisch sinnvolle urinzytologische Analyse ist in aller Regel mit einer 400-fachen Vergrößerung (10-Okular, 40-Objektiv) möglich. Die Verwendung eines 40-Objektives mit zusätzlicher Ölimmersion ist zur besseren Detailerkennbarkeit von Gewinn, jedoch nicht obligat. Zudem ist von Nachteil, dass die Präparate anschließend für eine eventuelle Archivierung mittels Tüchern oder Xylol gereinigt werden müssen. Zum speziellen Zellvergleich kann in Einzelfällen eine 630-fache (10-Okular, 63-Objektiv) oder 1 000-fache Vergrößerung (10-Okular, 100-Objektiv) nützlich sein. Diese muss dann in der Ölimmersionstechnik erfolgen.
