Zusammenfassung

Die Zerkariendermatitis ist eine durch Saugwürmer ausgelöste Hauterkrankung. Beim Kontakt mit im Wasser lebenden Würmern kommt es zu einem stark juckenden makulösen Exanthem. Die Therapie erfolgt topisch mit juckreizstillenden Externa oder Steroiden, intern mit Antihistaminika.
