Abstract

When manufacturing is the main economic activities in an industry, changes in production patterns pose a challenge to the logistics system, forcing manufacturers to optimize the logistics system. Based on the manufacturing status and problems of logistics management analysis, this article constructs a three-level logistic model using a lean manufacturing logistics optimization system, then from logistics system planning and design, logistics process, logistics organization, logistics operation, logistics standardization and logistics management technology, logistics professionals, logistics cost management, and logistics performance evaluation system proposes specific strategies for optimizing manufacturing logistics system.
