Abstract

The requirement for soldiers’ load-carrying capacity is not reduced, but gradually increased as future battle conditions are getting more complicated, weapons and equipment are day by day improved. 5-km armed cross-country is one of the main contents of army physical training. If compared with free cross-country, there exist both similarities and differences between them. In this experiment, comparative study of full heart rate monitoring versus training result based on 3 groups of data is introduced, so as to find out the laws and characteristics and lay a scientific basis for 5-km armed cross-country training management in terms of teaching and training in military academies and field troops.
