Abstract

From the entry into force of the AML in August 2008 until December 2013, MOFCOM reviewed a total of more than 700 merger cases, and it has gained the standing as one of the most important competition authorities in multi-jurisdictional filing cases, alongside its peer agencies in the EU and the US.
