Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen des Rezidivgeschehens muss zunächst die Frage geklärt werden, ob es sich um ein Deszensusrezidiv oder um eine neu aufgetretene Senkungsproblematik handelt. Je nach Befundschwere und Lokalisation kommen dann Alternativtechniken zum Einsatz, die aus herkömmlichen operativen Techniken oder dem Einsatz von Implantaten bestehen.
