Zusammenfassung

Ziel der posterioren Kolporrhaphie ist es, die Scheide und den Hiatus genitalis so zu verengen, dass die pelvinen Organe eine neue Auflage bekommen und somit erneut Halt im Becken finden. Dazu wird die Vaginalwand in der Mittellinie gedoppelt, die Weite der hinteren Vaginalwand vermindert und das Bindegewebe in der Mittellinie verstärkt. Somit wird die normale vaginale Anatomie wiederhergestellt.
