Zusammenfassung

Besondere Anforderungen an den Implanteur stellen die Eingriffe am Portkathetersystem wie Reeingriffe und Revisionen bei Dysfunktionen oder Komplikationen. Mehrfacheingriffe oder auch synchrone Portex- und -implantationen können bei Infektionen, Materialschäden oder Katheterfehllagen erforderlich sein. Portexplantationen sind oftmals kein Routineeingriff, insbesondere nach längerem Verbleib des Portkathetersystems im Körper des Patienten.
