Abstract
Education, driving force and reason for social development and economic growth, is what the green development should depend on. The external manifestation of the green development is green production and green consumption while the required green technology and concepts are from education. While promoting technological progress, education produces resources-saving green technology and environment-friendly green concepts which are essential to build people’s awareness of sustainable development and drive social and economic development in a sustainable manner. “The people-centered development and green development shares the same inherent requirement, and education is the major way and method to enhance human capital and promote all-around human development. Thanks to education, the human capital can create new green technologies and new green concepts, so as to promote human green development.”
