Glaubwürdigkeit und Vertrauen sind wertvolle Elemente der Beziehung zwischen Unternehmen und ihren Stakeholdern. Um solcherart tragfähige Beziehungen herzustellen, bedarf es heute, angesichts sich rasant ändernder wirtschaftlicher und gesellschaftlicher Rahmenbedingungen, andere Mittel als gestern. Für Unternehmen bedeutet dies einen radikalen Paradigmenwechsel im Zugang zur Kommunikation.
