Zusammenfassung

Der Kapitalismus befindet sich im Belagerungszustand.1 Diese Behauptung stammt nicht etwa von einer kapitalismuskritischen Non-Governmental Organisation, sondern von dem bekannten Harvard Professor und Management Guru Michael E. Porter und seinem langjährigen Co-Autor Mark. R. Kramer. Der metaphorische Angriff auf den Kapitalismus sowie auf die darin agierenden Unternehmen erfolgt von einer zunehmend kritischen Zivilgesellschaft und von Regierungen, welche die Legitimität dieser Institutionen zunehmend in Frage stellen.
