Zusammenfassung

Die multimodale Vorbereitung kann zum einem in einem strukturierten Therapieprogramm mit den Bausteinen Ernährung, Bewegung und Psychologie erfolgen. Zum anderen ist es auch möglich, die 3 Bausteine einzeln zu absolvieren. Laufzettel sind ein sinnvolles Tool für den Nachweis der multimodalen Vorbereitung. Mit Hilfe einer schematischen Darstellung des Ablaufs vom Erstgespräch bis hin zur Operation, abgestimmt auf unterschiedliche BMI-Klassen, kann dem Patienten der Gesamtprozess anschaulich dargestellt werden.
