Abstract
With Peixoto breast reduction, the scar is in the inframammary fold area, and there is a small vertical scar from the nipple-areolar complex to the inframammary region. The recovery usually is fast and the author has had very few complications. The technique is used primarily for patients with high-grade ptosis. The author describes the procedure.
