Abstract
The author presents a short version of patients’ life with augmented breast using silicone implants. Discussed are the main reasons for breast augmentation with patient demands, and patient’s questions concerning breast augmentation are answered. Described are cases with pregnancy after augmentation as a natural and physiological biological event, women being prepared for this by nature. Skin and mucosa become edematous, allowing collagen and elastic fibers to be more compliant with the growing volume. Aging can be in the mind, in attitude, or in appearance. As aesthetic surgeons sometimes we may enhance the physical appearance to make the patient’s psychological status better.
