Zusammenfassung

Das Knochengewebe besteht aus drei wesentlichen Bestandteilen: den Zellen, dem organischen Stroma und dem Mineral. Zur normalen Knochenbildung sowie zur Knochenbildung nach einer Fraktur ist deshalb ein korrekter und folgerichtiger Aufbau dieser drei Elemente notwendig. Eine medikamentöse Therapie soll dazu dienen, entweder einen Fehler beim quantitativen Aufbau zu beheben oder die Geschwindigkeit der Knochenbildung zu beschleunigen.
