Summary
201 cases of acute pancreatitis are presented, which were treated with Trasylol in dosages between 300,000 and 600,000 units daily. In the course of treatment three deaths occurred. On the whole, the results were better than before introduction of Trasylol.

201 Fälle von akuter Pankreatitis, mit Trasylol in Dosierung zwischen 300 000 und 600 000 Einheiten je Tag behandelt, werden präsentiert. Drei Todesfälle traten im Verlauf der Behandlung ein; im ganzen übertrafen die Ergebnisse diejenigen vor der Einführung von Trasylol.
