Häufige Komplikationen durch avasculäre Knochennekrosen und Sekundärarthrosen kennzeichnen den Verlauf der Talusluxationsfrakturen. Die primäre Druckosteosynthese, Frühmobilisationen und Spätbelastung bieten die Möglichkeit, die Prognose dieser schweren Sprungbeinverletzung zu bessern.
Summary
Frequent complications owing to avascular bone necrosis and secondary arthrosis characterise the course of fractures with talus dislocation. Primary pressure osteosynthesis, early mobilisation and late weight bearing present a chance of improving the prognosis of this serious talus injury.
