Abstract
Translation circuits are used to give data, originally in a form which is not suitable for further processing, a form which is suited to the processing involved. A good example of this is the conversion of letters and figures to the Morse code. The letters and figures are not suitable for transmission as such. This conversion to the Morse code is called a translation of the letters and figures into Morse characters. Conversely, in order to obtain a readable message we must ensure that the Morse characters are translated back into letters and figures at the other end.
