Abstract
As is true of most relatively new treatment approaches, initial experience and insights derive from intense clinical observation of cases. From such experience there evolves not only theory, but specific hypotheses that attempt to define the significant parameters at work. Research methodology then becomes necessary in order to solidify and reliably articulate what is happening and what one should do to achieve certain ends.
