Zusammenfassung

Bei einer „Immunkomplex-Krankheit“ werden zirkulierende Antigen-Antikörper-Komplexe in Geweben abgelagert [11]. Bei einer Infektion mit dem Hepatitis-B-Virus (HBV) lassen sich 3 antigene Komponenten des Dane-Partikels nachweisen, das surface-Antigen (HBS-AG), das core-Antigen (HBC-AG) und das HBe-AG [1].
