Zusammenfassung

10–50% aller Paare mit Kinderwunsch bleiben ungewollt kinderlos. Bei 50% der Paare ist die männliche Subfertilität zumindest mitbeteiligt. Die meisten dieser Männer weisen einen unspezifischen Faktor auf, welcher eine ursächliche Behandlung unmöglich macht (Tabelle 1).
