Zusammenfassung
Der Blutdruck hat als klinischer Parameter im Rahmen der Schwangerschaft besondere Bedeutung. Die Kombination von Hypertonie und Proteinurie im Sinne der Präeklampsie ist mit einem hohen Maß an fetaler und mütterlicher Morbidität verbunden. Die Hypertonie kann Hinweis auf Schwangerschaftspathologie sein, ist selbst jedoch nicht Ausdruck der Schwere der Störung.
