Zusammenfassung
Die beschriebenen Enzyme sind in der Reihenfolge ihrer Behandlung in Tabelle I zusammengestellt, welche gleichzeitig Angaben über Michaelis-Konstanten, pH-Optima und Cofaktoren, soweit diese bis jetzt bekannt sind, enthält. Die Angaben beziehen sich auf Enzympräparate, die aus dem in Tabelle I angegebenen Ausgangsmaterial in mehr oder weniger reiner Form isoliert wurden. Über Vorkommen der Enzyme finden sich Angaben in den einzelnen Unterkapiteln. In Tabelle 1 sind außerdem andere für das gleiche Enzym verwendete Bezeichnungen aufgenommen, wobei die auf Grund des Wirkungsmechanismus des Enzyms zu bevorzugende Bezeichnung (nach der trivialen Nomenklatur) zuerst genannt ist.
