Arthritis psoriatica im Kindesalter

Zusammenfassung

Die psoriatische Diathese ist in Westeuropa bei einem unausgewählten Krankengut mit 2% anzusetzen. Bei Patienten mit einer seronegativen Arthritis soll die Krankheitshäufigkeit für Psoriasis viermal so hoch liegen. Kleinkinder erkranken relativ selten an einer Psoriasis, gleichfalls niedrig ist im Kindesalter die Erkrankungsrate an chronischer Arthritis.
