Zusammenfassung

Im Juni dieses Jahres hatte ich auf der III. Akademischen Tagung die Möglichkeit darzulegen, daß die Förderung der Emanzipation der Frau Vorbedingung für den schnelleren Fortschritt der Entwicklungsländer ist, habe Vorschläge gemacht, wie dieses Ziel in kürzerer Zeit erreicht werden kann, und gezeigt, wie wenig dafür bisher von europäischen Regierungen und Universitäten getan wurde. Es ist daher für uns, die wir draußen in den Entwicklungsländern arbeiten, ein besonders beglückendes Gefühl, durch den Vortrag von Herrn Ministerpräsidenten von Hassel erfahren zu haben, wie klar und zutreffend alle positiven und negativen Seiten der Entwicklungshilfe und der Entwicklungsländer durch eine so hohe politische Persönlichkeit beurteilt werden und wie sehr diese Anschauungen mit unseren persönlichen Erfahrungen übereinstimmen.
