Abstract
Since many years it has been looked for immune phenomena in skeletal muscle disorders. If positive findings were reported they referred to humoral antibodies or factors. Cellular immunity has not been investigated yet. However,
there is the occurence of thymoma or hyperplastic thymus particularly in myasthenia gravis which perhaps represents a condition of cellular immunity.
