Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung aortoiliakaler Verschlussprozesse erfolgt mit einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Methoden, von der konventionellen Thrombendarteriektomie (TEA) über Bypassverfahren zum interventionellen Eingriff und zur endovaskulären Operation. Jede dieser Methoden weist spezielle Vor- und Nachteile auf und kann unter optimaler Indikationsstellung, bezogen auf den ausgewählten Fall, sehr gute Ergebnisse erbringen.
