Abstract
The maintenance of equipments on large industrial plants conducted by automatons and computers can be characterized by the following features:
The complexity and the diversity of more and more sophisticated equipments require highly specialised technicians in various fields; the identification of any defect may involve experts from different departments (mechanics, automatics, informatics,...).
