Zusammenfassung

Die Handgelenksarthrodese steht als ultima ratio am Ende der Behandlungsskala. Sie wird oft als Folgeeingriff nach fehlgeschlagener Denervation, partieller Arthrodese oder Arthroplastik angewandt. Ziel der Operation ist ein stabiles und schmerzfreies Handgelenk in korrekter Position.
