Zusammenfassung

Den idiopathischen umschriebenen Riesenwuchs der Hand (Synonyma: Makrodaktylie, Megalodaktylie, partielle Gigantocheirie, giant fingers) kennzeichnet die Vergrößerung eines keilförmig begrenzten Bezirkes der Hand mit einer Massenvermehrung von mindestens zwei Geweben (Kehrer, 1948).
